Not even on television have I seen these many bodies.

I get that the Council is afraid of what is happening; even though I still can’t really understand it myself.

I get that they are afraid of change (from the looks of it); but isn’t change supposed to be a good thing?

What I don’t get is the necessary violence; sure it is the survival of the fittest. But if you think about it, we humans outnumber Night World – no offense! – so there really is a no win situation there, especially since we have Circle Daybreak on our side. Old Souls… and all that… kinds of people?

I understand that we are trying to go down the calm path, but isn’t it time we start taking the fight to them before they just knock us off one by one? We’re just sitting ducks. With all our growing resources, shouldn’t we use them?

Don’t mind me. A lot of thoughts, a lot of rambling.

I guess I’m just worried about what might happen if we allow them to pick us off. They’re stronger, but we have friends… love… we have each other.

Since I have nothing else better to do.
